1. Your vision should be contagious.

In order for your business to grow, you need people to believe in you, want to work with or for you, and want to see your business succeed. Your vision should attract fans, followers, and users. You can’t be the only one who believes in your product or service, or it will live and die with you.

2. You should be adaptable.

Even though your vision should be crystal clear on what you want to accomplish, you need to adaptable on how you get there. One way of doing things may not always work, times change, how to stay relevant changes. For example, algorithms on social media platforms are constantly changing… in order to stay in business you need to be on top of all the changes going on around you, learning to adapt and grow with them.

3. You need to ask for the sale.

If you can’t sell your product or service and have no cash flow, you don’t have a business! You have to not only ask for the sale, but also make the sale. Sales is the backbone of your business; you simply cannot survive without it. If sales aren’t your strong suit, you need to hire someone who can help you.
